IEF – North America

The International Employers Forum was formed in Philadelphia, United States.  The IEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a forum for human resource and legal professionals working with multi-national and global employers to meet, share ideas and experiences, and learn about new and evolving laws and procedures in countries throughout the world. In addition to in-person meetings, the IEF regularly organizes informative webinars on a variety of topics important to the international HR community.

IEF – Europe 

In January 2015, the International Employer Forum expanded its footprint with the formal launch of the IEF Europe. At both its inaugural event  in London, and in Brussels in May, HR professionals, employment, pension and tax lawyers, consultants and recruiters from across the globe gathered to network with fellow professionals and engage in a lively discussion on: The Role of HR in a Global Company - Recruiting, Compliance and Managing Talent Across Borders.

IEF – Asia

The International Employers Forum launches in 2020 in Tokyo, Japan with its inaugural event.
